Who Am I?



Robi Korb
I’m an MSP-side systems and operations engineer based in Ipswich, United Kingdom. My day-to-day work spans Microsoft 365 administration, identity and access operations in Entra ID, endpoint management with Intune and Autopilot, and structured service delivery through HaloPSA, NinjaOne, IT Glue, and CIPP across multiple client environments.
I’m most effective where support and backend systems meet. I focus on repeatable delivery over one-off fixes: clean onboarding and offboarding flows, practical automation, integration-aware processes, and operational documentation that technicians can rely on under pressure. My approach is security-conscious and compliance-aware, including Cyber Essentials-aligned operational controls and readiness support where it fits client requirements.
Personal Lab & Technical Exploration
Outside day-to-day MSP delivery, I maintain a small personal lab to test ideas before they reach production workflows. This includes running Docker-based services, working with Linux systems, using SSH for secure remote administration, and validating lightweight internal operational interfaces. I also use the lab to test API integrations and self-hosted services in a controlled environment before introducing changes into live service workflows.

Senior-level MSP role focused on escalated support, backend systems delivery, and operational improvement across client estates. Scope includes Microsoft 365 administration, Intune and Autopilot endpoint operations, PowerShell automation, internal tooling, and integration-led workflow engineering across HaloPSA, NinjaOne, IT Glue, and CIPP, alongside onboarding/offboarding process improvements and backup/continuity support. Also leads and supports Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus readiness projects, translating security controls into practical operational implementation and coordinating CE/CE+ delivery work through to successful outcomes.

My development path is centred on production-facing work supported by ongoing technical exploration. I regularly build and refine capability across Microsoft 365 administration, Entra ID, Intune, and Autopilot while supporting live MSP workflows.
Alongside client delivery, I maintain a personal lab for structured testing and validation with Docker containers, Linux administration, SSH-based remote administration, self-hosted service testing, and lightweight internal operational interfaces. This helps me validate ideas before using them in production-oriented workflows.
I also support Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus readiness delivery across client environments as part of day-to-day MSP operations. This is applied delivery experience rather than a standalone certification.
