2024
This work centred on making service lifecycle delivery more consistent across onboarding, offboarding, and common request types. The goal was to reduce variation between technicians while preserving operational flexibility.
Lifecycle actions were being completed with uneven structure, creating avoidable rework, missed dependencies, and weaker handovers between frontline and backend teams.
Workflow stages were formalised in HaloPSA with clearer ownership, linked documentation, and practical validation steps. Process design focused on operational clarity rather than additional overhead.
Service handovers became cleaner and lifecycle execution became more predictable. Teams benefited from better process visibility and reduced administrative friction in repeat request paths.
