This case study covered integration work between core MSP platforms and Microsoft 365 administrative workflows. The primary objective was to improve data flow and reduce manual repetition in technician processes.
Repeated data entry and fragmented operational handoffs were slowing service delivery and introducing avoidable inconsistencies across tools.
API-led workflows and PowerShell automation were introduced in controlled phases, with testing and validation completed before wider rollout. Integration design prioritised reliability, traceability, and low-friction adoption.
Operational duplication was reduced, visibility improved, and routine technician actions became easier to execute consistently. Delivery remained high-level and safe for public presentation.
